My Avon Story: I Spark Confidence

When I was new in Avon, it didn’t take me long to see how, every day, we stay true and live by our mission of being THE Company for women.

Sometimes it’s all about eyebrows or lip color, some days it’s about earnings - I find it amazing how a simple chat with a Rep can give her a new sense of self or set her off to Leadership and an exciting new direction in life. In the 9 years I have been recruiting, training and mentoring our Sales Reps – I have seen many, grow and mature into women who fully understand they are in charge of their own lives.

I never appreciated this company and my job more than when I saw this very same community of women, being the first ones in Tacloban to rise up from the ruins of Typhoon Haiyan, capably rebuilding their lives, positive about their future. They would all simply say, Avon made it possible.

This and so many other stories of lives changed beautifully makes me proud to be with Avon.
